Mr. Garcia has experience at all phases of federal and state practice, including trial and appellate. He has appeared in front of most of the state courts in New Mexico. He is AV ranked by Martindale-Hubbell and was named to the Southwest Superlawyer, Rising Star list for the past five years. Prior to opening Garcia Law Group, he was a shareholder at the Narvaez Law Firm.
