Ms. Nicholson’s legal experience is in civil defense, particularly in the areas of employment, civil rights, negligence and tort liability, medical malpractice, and insurance defense. She has been involved in matters at all stages of litigation, including jury trial and complex discovery issues. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Nicholson was employed by a clinical biochemistry lab where she was responsible for preparing specimens for analysis as well as procurement of lab chemicals and equipment.  Ms. Nicholson brings an analytical and methodical approach to litigation strategy.   Ms. Nicholson is currently in the process of studying to sit for the Patent Bar Exam in order to become a registered patent attorney.
